I have updated the support page to better correspond to the current status
of the KistaIP network.

Parking lots
Agreement has now been reached with Stockholms Parkering that permits are
required for parking within the area. The permit is cost-free this year, but a fee
will be charged as of next year. Information about the charge will be provided at
a later date.
The permit can be obtained from the Building Manager.
Please note that the permit applies solely to all the Campus area’s
designated parking spaces. There are also parking spaces at Kista Alléväg 34.

Internet reachable again
The last days' trouble in the net was caused by
a network card in a gateway, which had stopped working. It's
now replaced and the net is ok again - even the mail is working
again.

Helpdesk online again
Finally we have the helpdesk up and running again!

Mail server working again
The outgoing mail server is working correctly again. I have also enabled a new feature
- you may now use SSL encryption when sending mail through mail.kistaip.net.
Please observe that while the communication between you and the mail server,
including the helpdesk and other kistaip.net addresses, can be considered as
safe, there is no encryption when sending mails to the rest of the world. Outlook is one
of the mail clients supporting SSL.
